Alfonso Rios, arrested Thursday afternoon for shooting a Clinton police detective, was arrested on numerous complaints. Rios will face charges on the following complaints: shooting with intent to kill, wreckless discharge of a firearm, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction, possession of a controlled dangerous drug (meth), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rios is behind bars with no bond.
