OSBI Agent Arrests Two in Alva Man's October Death 
Wednesday, an OSBI special agent arrested two people for the death of Dustin Arthur Goodrich, 49, that occurred October 4, 2017, at the victim’s home – 1005 10th Street in Alva. Brian Poggemeyer (d.o.b. 6/17/1971)) was arrested for second degree murder in Goodrich’s beating death. Lisa Melton (d.o.b. 1/17/1971) was arrested for accessory to second degree murder. She was at Goodrich’s home when the beating occurred. Goodrich died at the hospital just hours after he arrived. Poggemeyer and Melton are behind bars at the Alfalfa County jail.
