(Valley Springs, CA) On 12-7-17 members of the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team served a search warrant for an illegal unregistered indoor marijuana grow at a residence on Delin Way in Valley Springs. No subjects were found to be present during the warrant service, although suspects involved with this operation have been identified. Upon arrival, deputies found that the entire house and garage had been converted for marijuana cultivation with a small area in one room as living quarters. 1220 marijuana plants were seized as well as a large amount of US Currency and a vehicle. This is an ongoing investigation and no further information is available at this time.
