Help Identify Purse Snatching Suspect 
On 12/6/2017, at approximately 1200 hours, the pictured suspect stole a purse from a 92 year old female victim who was shopping at Safeway at 900 Diablo Ave, in Novato. The victim had her purse resting in the child seat of her shopping cart and was reaching to retrieve an item from a shelf when the pictured suspect grabbed her purse and fled the store. The purse was recovered abandoned nearby. However, the victim's cash and credit cards were missing.
