The Plains Water and Sewer District will be CLOSING East Fourth Street at the address of 62 East Fourth Street in The Plains at 8:00AM until 4:00 PM tomorrow, Friday, December 8th. The roadway is being closed for water line utility work in the area. Please avoid this area.
