Construction at the City of Kingsville Municipal Building, 200 E. Kleberg, has begun. Departments moved upstairs. 
The City of Kingsville is proud to announce that construction to upgrade the first floor at the City of Kingsville Municipal Building, 200 E. Kleberg has begun. Utility billing and municipal court are temporarily located on the 2nd floor. Stair as well as an elevator can be used to access the second floor for citizens to conduct their city related business.
Construction will take several months so we ask that our citizens be patient as they conduct their business with the city.
