Sheriff Deputies tree trimming in local Walnut City neighborhood!

On 11-07-17 your Walnut / Diamond Bar Sheriff Deputies and Narcotics Bureau conducted a search warrant at a home in the City of Walnut, that was suspected of having an illegal marijuana grow inside. In the home Deputies located and confiscated about one hundred marijuana plants, guns and money. Thanks to the hard work of our Walnut / Diamond Bar Deputies and the L.A County Narcotics team our neighborhood has become safer. Grow houses are very dangerous to have in any neighborhood. They are hubs for (and attract) criminal activity, the criminals steal electricity and if honey oil (also known as hashish) is also being made at the location it has the potential of creating explosions or fires just like methamphetamine labs. If you suspect that a grow house is in your neighborhood by the marijuana smell or weird activity going on at the house please inform your local police department.
