In November of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 2 issued an arrest warrant for Timothy Nathaniel Sandifer for the charges of carrying a handgun with a previous felony conviction (past 15 years), two counts of intimidation with a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm, carrying a handgun without a license, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
