The Newark Police Department is releasing information about recent crime and police activity that has occurred within our community. 
November 28th
0812 Hours: Officers responded to three separate non-injury auto accidents on Cherry Street at Stevenson Boulevard.
1047 Hours: Officer Palacio investigated a non- injury hit and run auto accident in the Lion Food Center parking lot, 39055 Cedar Boulevard.
2028 Hours: Officer D. Johnson and Field Training Officer Norvell investigated a package theft on the 5700 block of Oceanspray Road.
2035 Hours: Officer Cervantes investigated a package theft on the 37800 block of Taro Terrace.
