Sonoma County Sheriff's Deputy arrests Southern Cal man for possession of cocaine.

A Sonoma County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested a Southern California man for possession of 11 baggies of cocaine during a routine traffic stop. The incident began last night shortly after 11:00 PM last night when a deputy spotted a tan Nissan Altima in the area of Old Redwood Hwy and Fulton Rd in Santa Rosa. The Nissan wasn’t maintaining its lane and the deputy thought the driver may have been intoxicated.

The deputy made a traffic stop and contacted the driver, 26-year-old Michael Reynoso of Redondo Beach. When Reynoso wasn’t able to produce any identification, the deputy searched his car and found 11 baggies of suspected cocaine in his center console and in a cup holder. Each baggie weighed about one gram.

Reynoso was arrested for misdemeanor possession of cocaine and driving on a suspended license. He was booked into the Sonoma County Jail and is being held on $2,500 bail.
