Street Closure Information
 
Event Time: 6PM – 10PM
Location: Broadway (Van Dam St to Spring St)
Street Closures:  As in past years, Broadway will be closed to motor vehicle traffic during the event.
Broadway closure will begin at 5PM
Street Closures:
Broadway (Van Dam St to Spring St)  - NO motor vehicle traffic in this area
All streets crossing Broadway in this area will be closed one block prior to Broadway (including Church St and Lake Ave).
Arterial Rt 50 (southbound lane) – 3 southbound lanes approaching Broadway will be reduced to one lane – traffic will be detoured to Van Dam St – Van Dam St remains open
Vehicles approaching Broadway from the East
Vehicles approaching Broadway from Lake Ave will be detoured to Maple Ave. Truck Detour Route for commercial vehicles approaching Broadway from the east is:  East Ave to Arterial Rt 50 to Van Dam St
Vehicles approaching Broadway from  the West (via Church St)
Vehicles approaching Broadway from Church St will be detoured to Van Dam St or Woodlawn Ave.  Truck Detour Route for commercial vehicles approaching Broadway from the west (via Church St) is: Church St to Van Dam St to Arterial Rt50
Vehicles approaching Broadway from the west (via Washington St)
Vehicles approaching Broadway from Washington St will be detoured to Federal St or Rail Road Pl. Truck Detour Route for traffic needing to proceed north on Broadway  is Rt29W to West Ave to Church St to Van Dam St to Rt 50Arterial. Trucks needing to proceed south on Broadway will be detoured to Federal St to Congress St to south on Broadway
Vehicles approaching Broadway from the south (via South Broadway)
Northbound traffic approaching Broadway from South Broadway will be detoured to Circular St
NO NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC ALLOWED NORTH OF CIRCULAR ST
 
Spring St
Spring St will remain open (and Broadway can be accessed by Spring St - but all traffic will have to go south on Broadway). Barricades will be in place on Broadway just north of Spring St prohibiting northbound traffic.
 
Congress St
Congress St will remain open (and Broadway can be accessed from Congress St). Traffic approaching Broadway will be allowed to proceed south on Broadway. Traffic will also be allowed to proceed north on Broadway until Spring St. Traffic will then be detoured to Spring St. CDTA buses WILL be able to access Bus Stop in front of Congress Park by approaching from Congress St.
 
Broadway will begin to be opened to traffic between 10:00PM – 10:30PM
 
Parking Restrictions
NO Parking on Broadway (effective 5pm-11pm) from Spring St to Van Dam St
