The OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information on a 2012 homicide in Okemah. October 14, 2012, 28-year-old Floyd Osborne Jr was found inside a home at 321 S. 4th Street. He had been stabbed repeatedly. Emergency medical personnel transported Osborne to the hospital in Okemah where he died. OSBI agents need the public’s help. These cards are sold to inmates at various state prisons.
