Entry into Unlocked Vehicles
On 11-21-2017 at approximately 2:12 AM, a person reported two males looking into vehicles in the area of Joliet St. and S. River Rd. A short time later officer’s located Daniel Nightingale walking in the area. Nightingale had property on his person that was later identified by some of the victims. A second male subject was involved, but not located. Officers checked the area and located 19 unlocked vehicles that had been rummaged through.

Nightingale was arrested for two counts of theft, one count of party to the crime of theft, and one count of criminal trespass. Nightingale was later released from the police department.
