SUMMARY: On Monday, November 20, 2017, at 2:08 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station, served a search warrant at a residence in the 14000 Block of Del Rey Road, in Big River. Deputies contacted and detained Michael Hallat the residence. Deputies located 129 marijuana plants, in various sizes, in various locations on the property. The marijuana plants were seized and taken as evidence. Deputies also located a stolen firearm in the residence. Hall was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property, Felon is Possession of a Firearm, and Unauthorized Cultivation of Marijuana. Per San Bernardino County code 84.34.040, it is illegal to cultivate marijuana in the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County.
