Holiday Toy Drive 
Not all kids are fortunate enough to spend the holiday season at home with their family. To help brighten the holidays for these children, the dispatchers from the South River Police Department are organizing a toy drive this holiday season. The toy drive will benefit the Bristol Meyers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick.
Those wishing to support the efforts of our department’s dispatchers can donate new, unwrapped toys at Police Headquarters (61 Main Street) between November 20th and December 8th. A drop off bin is located in the lobby.
Dispatchers from our department will then sort the toys and, along with other members of our department, hand deliver them as they visit hospitalized children.
South River Police Department’s dispatchers are proud to be uniting together as a group to support this worthy cause and look forward to putting smiles on the faces of less fortunate kids this holiday season.
