Oakland City woman arrested on DUI charge. 
On November 18, 2017 at 10:42 p.m. Deputy Bryan Small conducted a traffic stop on a Maroon 2005 GMC Envoy after watching the vehicle go left of center several times on US 41 near State Road 168. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Small identified the driver as 35 year old Bobbie Buck of Oakland City, Indiana. Upon speaking with Ms. Buck Deputy Small believed that she was under the influence of alcohol. At that point Deputy Small began a roadside DUI investigation that result in Ms. Buck being taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. At the Gibson County Jail Ms. Buck was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (DUI). She has since posted a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
