Suffolk County Police Major Case Unit detectives are investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in Brentwood early this morning.
Fredy Rivera-Bravo was crossing Second Avenue, near 7th Street, when he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene at approximately 3:15 a.m. Rivera-Bravo, 56, of 105 Westwood Drive, Brentwood, was transported to Southside Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
