* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* TIMING...Winds increase overnight, especially with a cold frontal passage around daybreak Sunday and through the mid morning hours behind the front. Strong winds will diminish later in the afternoon and evening Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
