...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 3 PM EST SUNDAY... The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 4 AM to 3 PM EST Sunday.
* TIMING...An initial burst of strong winds may occur with the passage of a strong cold front late tonight. Winds may diminish and then increase again, peaking mid-late morning Sunday before diminishing for a final time Sunday afternoon.
* WINDS...West 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY ... EASTERN GRANT ... EASTERN MINERAL ... HAMPSHIRE ... HARDY ... JEFFERSON ... MORGAN
