On 11/17/2017, the Kingsville Police Department’s Street Level Operations Team conducted a search warrant in the 800 Block of East Doddridge Street. This was the nineteenth narcotics search warrant executed this year by the Kingsville Police Department’s Street Level Operations Team. The following illegal substances were located by the investigation search team; 10.74 Ounces of Synthetic Marijuana, 2.9 Ounces of Marijuana, 3.7 Grams of Cocaine and two digital scales. The majority of the illegal substances were located in the living room area of the residence.
Juan Santos Gonzales, 35 years of age and resident of Kingsville was arrested for several offenses of the Texas Controlled Substances Act. The first offense was Manufacture, Delivery Controlled Substance Penalty Group #2A – 4 Grams < 400 Grams, 1^st Degree Felony. The second offense was Manufacture, Delivery Controlled Substance Penalty Group #1 – 1 Gram < 4 Grams, 2^nd Degree Felony. The third offense was Possession of Marijuana 2 Ounces but under 4 Ounces, Class A Misdemeanor.  
The search warrant was signed by County Court at Law, Judge Jaime Carrillo. This investigation has been on-going for several months.
“The Street Level Operations Team is dedicated to getting rid of all the drug dealers in the community. There is no drug dealer that is too small or large for the Street Level Operations Team to take seriously. If the team has the right information and tools in place, we will investigate any drug dealer extensively. We ask the citizens to take an active role in providing information to the Street Level Operations team by contacting the Team Supervisor, Cpl.
