Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose is seeking the public’s help in identifying the below pictured male suspect who is wanted for a robbery that occurred on Saturday, October 28, 2017.

At approximately 2 p.m., police responded to a robbery call and Orange and 1st streets. A male suspect approached a victim, punched him and when the victim fell to the ground, he and three other male suspects stole his cash and personal property.

While police are actively searching for this suspect, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from our streets. This investigation is ongoing.
