Local marijuana dispensary shut down by Rialto Police Department Narcotics Unit and Rialto Code Enforcement. 
Thanks to the diligent work of the Rialto Police Department Narcotics Unit and Rialto Code Enforcement, a local marijuana dispensary was shut down today for violating several Rialto Municipal Codes. Although marijuana is legal in California, the City of Rialto does not issue business licenses to Marijuana dispensaries.
