According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Derek A Tabbert, 34, will move from 1214 Cherry St., Janesville, WI to 339 S. Locust St., Janesville WI on November 15, 2017.

Tabbert was convicted of Fourth Degree Sexual Assault on October 5, 2001, First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on April 9, 2002, and Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on April 9, 2002.

While living at 339 S. Locust St., Janesville, WI, conditions of Tabbert’s supervision includes, but are not limited to: No unapproved activities in the community without prior approval of the DCC Supervising Agent; No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring.
