* WIND...SOUTHERLY WIND 20 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH POSSIBLE.
* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...MAINLY NEAR SHORE AREAS AND COMMUNITIES OF WESTERN WHATCOM COUNTY, THE SAN JUAN ISLANDS, AND WHIDBEY ISLAND.
* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL PROBABLY OCCUR MONDAY MIDDAY THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACTS...FALLING TREES AND LIMBS, POWER OUTAGES, MINOR DAMAGE TO STRUCTURES.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ADMIRALTY INLET AREA ... SAN JUAN COUNTY ... WESTERN WHATCOM COUNTY
