INCIDENT: Search Warrant – Stolen guns recovered
LOCATION: 14000 block of Crossing Trail Street, Victorville
SUSPECT: Wilbert Robertson 55-year-old resident of Victorville
Phillip Patterson 29-year-old resident of Victorville
SUMMARY:
On Friday, November 3, 2017, member of the High Desert Regional Gang team served a search warrant in the 14000 block of Crossing Trail Street in the city of Victorville. The resident, Philip Patterson, a documented gang member from the LA area, was pulled over after he was observed leaving the residence. As deputies returned to the house to serve the warrant, Wilbert Robertson was detained as he was walking out of the house with a stolen Double barrel shotgun. Two more stolen 9mm handguns, cocaine and marijuana was located inside the residence. Both suspects were transported and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for possession of stolen guns and felon in possession of a firearm.
