11/01/2017 @ 12:15am.  A women was waiting on the street corner when she became involved in a verbal argument with a man.  The argument escalated and the suspect pulled the victim’s cell phone from her hand and punched her one time in the face.  The suspect then fled the area on foot with the victim’s cell phone.
