TO 7 AM EST FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions on
Thursday and Thursday night. Storm total snow accumulations of 4
to 7 inches are expected through Friday morning, with localized
higher amounts possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Northern Lower Michigan.
* WHEN...5 AM Thursday to 7 AM Friday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will cause
some blowing and drifting snow.
