Hwy 11, 47 MM, Pahala is now open for traffic following a serious traffic crash in the early morning hours.
A cab-over cargo truck was struck head on by a sedan this morning causing the closure of Hwy 11. HFD and Police remain in the area continuing their investigation. Please use caution and be aware of emergency personnel.
Hawaii Police want to thank the public for their patience while this incident was investigated.
