Temporary road closure of Route 190 on the Waimea side of the By-pass road (Ala Ohia Road) in Kamuela 
The Hawai'i Police Department reports the temporary closure of Route 190 leading into Waimea Town due to a downed utility wire. Traffic heading towards Waimea Town from North Kona, will be diverted through Ala Ohia Road (By-Pass Roadway). Motorist are asked to avoid this location as crews conducts repairs. The expected closure time is approximately 4 hours.
