4th Annual ENPACT Forum - Building Trust: Cops & Community 
COPS & COMMUNITY EVENT – November 9, 2017
Muskegon, MI, November 3, 2017 – The public is invited to attend the 4th Annual Enhancing Police and Communty Trust (ENPACT) forum on Thursday, November 9,2017.
Special guest speaker Agustin V. Arbulu, Ph.D, Executive Director of the Michigan Department of Civil Rights will address national and local issues.
The free event will be held at Covenant Community Church, 134 East Barney Avenue, Muskegon Heights, 5:30 – 8:00 pm. Attendees are invited to join in the community discussion with all local law enforcement agency leaders, Chief Public Defender and Prosecutor who will serve as moderators of this annual community building event. Refreshments will be served. The event is presented by the Muskegon Rotary Club’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
