...Dense fog expected this morning... .Stagnant moisture and cooling morning temperatures will help promote dense fog in many areas this morning. ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CST THIS MORNING... The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 8 AM CST this morning.

* VISIBILITY...1/4 mile or less.

* DURATION...Through 8 am.

* IMPACTS...Areas of dense fog will significantly reduce visibility at times, which can result in hazardous travel for pedestrians and motorists.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ASCENSION ... ASSUMPTION ... EAST BATON ROUGE ... IBERVILLE ... LIVINGSTON ... LOWER JEFFERSON ... LOWER LAFOURCHE ... LOWER PLAQUEMINES ... LOWER ST. BERNARD ...
