* At 706 PM EST, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Heavy rain continues to fall with another inch or
tow possible. Runoff from this excessive rainfall may cause flash
flooding to occur.
