Noble County Highway Dept recommends drivers use caution on county roads due to high water spots still receding. 
With today's heavy rains there were multiple temporary high water spots on Noble County roads. The highway department says many have receded but some may take hours after the rain quits to finally disappear.
They want to remind people to slow down and use caution especially as we move into the night time hours.
