* Flash Flood Warning for... Madison County in central Indiana... Randolph County in east central Indiana... Delaware County in east central Indiana... Henry County in east central Indiana...

* Until 730 PM EST

* At 436 PM EST, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding across the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Muncie, Anderson, New Castle, Elwood, Alexandria, Winchester, Albany, Yorktown, Pendleton, Fortville, Union City, Chesterfield, Ingalls, Knightstown, Lapel, Edgewood, Frankton, Eaton, Daleville and Parker City. This includes the following highways... Interstate 69 between mile markers 214 and 252. Interstate 70 between mile markers 114 and 133.

* AFFECTED AREAS: DELAWARE ... HENRY ... MADISON ... RANDOLPH
