Service Certificates
Jackson and West Tennessee, officers James Carter and Ricky Stewart have completed five years of service with the Jackson Police Department. For their years of dedicated service to the citizens of Jackson, Captain Tisdale presented each officer with a service certificate along with a City of Jackson lapel pin.
