Advisory

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who committed Assault

Just after 10 PM on Saturday, October 28, 2017 two suspect males went to a residence on the 4800-block of Snow Circle in an attempt to collect a gambling debt.  The adult male the suspects were looking for was not home but his parents answered the door.  When the parents told the suspects their son wasn’t home, one of the males pulled out a handgun and pulled back the slide on the weapon.  The parents immediately shut their door and called police.

The two males left in a light-colored hatchback, possibly a Volkswagen Golf with a sunroof.  The male in the photo (taken from the victim’s home surveillance system) is the one who pulled the slide on the gun.  The suspects spoke in both English and Filipino.

Anyone who is able to identify either male involved, or the vehicle, is asked to call Police Dispatch at 786-8900 (press “0” to speak with an operator).  To remain anonymous you may contact Crime Stoppers at 561-STOP or online at www.anchoragecrimestoppers.com
