*UPDATE* The boil water alert has been partially lifted for a majority of Farmington Hills residents and businesses. 
The water has tested negative for contamination and is now clear for consumption in a majority of Farmington Hills. A small area of the city is still under the boil water notice. This area includes residences and businesses located north of I-696 between Haggerty and Farmington Road. Bottled water is available for those still affected with proof of residency from 8am-8pm at the Costick Center.
