The Janesville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a theft from the Tassbag bar at 2339 Milton Ave. The theft occurred at about 11:30 p.m. on 10/27/2017. As the bartender was distracted, the suspect walked behind the bar and took a money bag containing several thousand dollars. Attached are still pictures from surveillance video and we will have better detail when that video is able to be retrieved.
