On 10-17-2017 at approx. 8:58pm Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Mark Twain Medical Center Emergency Room for a report that Lloyd Corsen (age 34, a resident of Calaveras County) was brought in to the ER with a major head trauma. Corsen was transferred to an out of area trauma center. Detectives have been working the case and seeking information regarding Lloyd Corsen’s injuries.
On 10-25-2017, the Sheriff’s Office released a request for information to identify the female who delivered Lloyd to the hospital. That female was identified and contacted by detectives.
Yesterday, 10-26-2017 Lloyd Corsen passed away at an out of county hospital from his injuries. This is an active investigation. No further information or details are available at this time.
