Several hundred children will be in the Uptown area for Trick or Treat at the local businesses between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The Halloween Parade will begin at 7:00 p.m. Please use caution while traveling in the area.

Road Closures:
*Main St. between High St. and Church St., along with East and West Park Place, will be closed 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

*Beech Street between High St. and Church St. will be closed for parade setup 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

There will be activities in the park between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The parade will begin at High/Beech St. at 7 p.m. and will proceed east on High St. to north on Main St. to the Memorial Park Pavilion. Please expect a 20 -30 minute delay on High St. during the parade.
