The Folsom Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a prisoner who is believed to have walked away from a minimum security housing facility at Folsom State Prison this morning.
The prisoner is Todd Willis, white male, 6'1" tall, 270 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo on his chest. Willis has possibly been missing since at least 8:00 AM this morning.
Willis is considered possibly dangerous. If you see Willis, please do not make contact with him and call 911 immediately. Refer to attached picture of Willis.
