SUSPECT(S): Michael Sass, 49-year old Highland resident
SUMMARY:
On October 26, 2017, Deputies D. Medina and N. Craig, from the Victorville Police Department, conducted a traffic stop for expired vehicle registration tags.
During the stop, deputies learned the driver, identified as Michael Sass, had an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance. A search of the vehicle was conducted and deputies located methamphetamine and related paraphernalia.
Sass was cited for possession of a controlled substance and the case will be forwarded to the District Attorney for filing.
