(On 10/20/17 at approximately 7:45 AM, detectives conducted an investigation into a burglary of a garage. The reporting party said that her daughters backpack and custom leg braces had been removed from the back of her wheelchair. Another backpack and some other small items were also missing. At approximately 2:15 PM on 10/20/17, a witness observed a female wearing a high visibility jacket and carrying a backpack that matched that of the stolen property in the 1400 block of North Main. Detectives responded to that area and made contact with Larsen. Through that contact, detectives were able to recover the stolen property).
