Oakland City man arrested for driving while a Habitual Traffic Violator.
On October 21, 2017, at 10:42 a.m. Deputy Bryan Small initiated a traffic stop on Broadway near Second Avenue in Princeton after recognizing the driver of a Black GMC Yukon as 34 year old Derick Woodall of Oakland City, Indiana.
