Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the below pictured man, Juwan Chandler, 21, of Newark, who was reported missing on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

Mr. Chandler is black, weighs approximately 140 lbs., and is 5’9” tall. He has a medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair.

While police are actively searching for Mr. Chandler, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and returning him to his family. Director Ambrose is urging anyone with information about Juwan Chandler to call the Department's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477) or 1-877-NWK-GUNS (1-877-695-4867). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
