Repopulation of Partrick Road in West Napa and Green Valley Road in East Napa
Mandatory evacuations lifted at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
At 4 p.m., the mandatory evacuation for Green Valley Road will be lifted.
Wild Horse Valley Road, east of Green Valley Road, will remain under mandatory evacuation. The road closure at Green Valley and Wild Horse Valley roads will be moved to allow access for Green Valley Road only.
At 5 p.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 17, the mandatory evacuation for Partrick Road will be lifted. There will be no more road closures on Partrick Road.
Be aware that traffic interruptions may exist due to fire and utilities equipment working in the area. Some homes may not have utilities, including electric and gas. A las 5pm, martes el 17 de octubre, la orden de evacuación obligatoria ha sido removida para Green Valley Road.   Wild Horse Valley Road al este de Green Valley Road permanecerá bajo la evacuación obligatoria.  El cierre de la ruta en Green Valley y Wild Horse Valley Road se moverá para permitir el acceso a Green Valley Road solamente.
