Full Notification

This morning at 6:25 am there was a horrific vehicle accident in front of the Altadena Sheriff’s Station, Altadena Dr., and Lake Ave. A single occupant of a vehicle collided with a parked Metro bus, thankfully only the driver of a grey sedan was injured. The driver, male juvenile was walking around, and only complaining of pain from the cars airbag deploying. 

The driver was very lucky, as if the impact was only a few inches to the left or right it most likely would have resulted in life threatening injuries. 

One one bystander at the scene was heard saying that speed was presumably the cause of this accident. No official cause has been determined as the Altadena California Highway patrol office is handling the investigation.
