The Moraga Town Council recently retained the services of Peckham & McKenney (www.peckhamandmckenney.com) to conduct the recruitment of our next Town Manager. The firm’s President, Bobbi Peckham, will serve as our Recruiter on this important search process.

Initial steps in the recruitment process have already begun. Council members have met with Ms. Peckham in order to share their perspectives on the ideal candidate profile. The Executive Team has also provided its input. This candidate profile includes information on current and upcoming priorities and challenges for the community and organization, as well as the desired style, approach, technical skills and background of the ideal candidate. The candidate profile will be used throughout the recruitment process, particularly in our Recruiter’s outreach efforts and the screening of candidates.

The Town Council would like to invite your input on the Town Manager Candidate Profile. Ms. Peckham will be available to hear comments from the community on Tuesday, November 7, from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Hacienda de las Flores, Mosaic Room.
