Westlake PD non-emergency phones will be down Tue Oct 17 6am-615am for update 911 not affected call 911 for WPD help 
Westlake PD’s non-emergency phone lines will be rebooted on Tuesday Oct. 17, 2017 at 6AM as part of an system update.
They will be down for 15 minutes.
9-1-1 lines will not be affected. If you need police assistance for any matter during that time, call 9-1-1 .
Just the same, caller discretion would also be appreciated.
If one’s cat runs up a tree, maybe wait until phone service is fully restored to call.
