Detectives are investigating an Assault with a Deadly Weapon incident
that occurred at Downey Avenue and D. Street

INCIDENT: Assault with a Deadly Weapon
LOCATION: Downey Ave./ D St., Needles
SUSPECT(S): Confidential
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On October 13, 2017, at approximately 1:41 am, two suspects viciously assaulted a victim on Downey Ave in the City of Needles. The suspects were seen by witnesses punching and kicking the victim in the head. During the altercation, both suspects suffered stab wounds from an unknown suspect. One stab wound victim was airlifted to a Las Vegas trauma center and is in critical condition. The other stab wound victim was transported to the Colorado River Medical Center where he refused medical treatment and fled on foot and is still outstanding.
